Revanth Reddy out of the case

Revanth Reddy got a positive response from High court for the case which he was alleged saying that he made some bad comments on  Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandra Sekhar Rao.

It was known that few days back, there was a case held on Revanth Reddy for commenting on Telangana CM KCR in wrong way. This was seriously taken by few of the officials and a case was registered on him at Nampally court. Justice Goverdhan Reddy asked the court to register the case saying that he insulted CM. Later court ordered Banjara Hills police to investigate the case properly and find out the details.

Then the police registered the case and did an inquiry and finally submitted a charge sheet. Basing on this, an investigation was held at 3rd additional Chief Metropolitan magistrate court.

But Revanth Reddy appealed to the high court for the proper justice and the High court gave a positive judgment for him. It canceled all the cases that are laid on him and also declared all the lower courts to cancel the cases on Revanth Reddy. Regarding this, Justice MS. Ramachandra Rao informed further details on Tuesday.

The opposition party is marking its presence by continuously opposing the party in power. Whatever the party, this tradition is continuously carried on by all the politicians and the people who are hurt in this process complain to the police and the court finally gives a judgment. Will there be an end or at least a change to this process in the future, may be it remains as an unanswered question forever.
