T-PCC chief to step down ?

Telangana PCC Chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah has been the target of Telangana Congress leaders for the defeat in recent elections. From all corners, leaders have demanded his resignation but Ponnala remained silent. Adding fuel to the fire, with leaders quitting the party, again a massive attack was launched on Ponnala for failing to stop the upset leaders.

MP VH who always backed Ponnala for the first time, fired at Ponnala for not organizing any introspection sessions for the election loss and also not having a word with the leaders who are thinking to shift the party.  Former PCC Chief D Srinivas has stepped into action yesterday and met all the leaders who are upset with Telangana PCC. He assured leaders that the party will bounce back and requested them to stay back in the party.

After setbacks from own fellow leaders, Ponnala is heard to have decided to step down from the post and is likely to send a report to the Congress high command. Sources say that Ponnala will report to the high command and take the blame for the election defeat. However it isn't clear whether Ponnala will also send his resignation letter.

Meanwhile in Congress, those who have information of Ponnala's report, are heard to be getting ready to convince the high command to bag the PCC post. Former minister Jana Reddy is first among this race, as Congress Legislature party leaders, Jana Reddy has more advantage.

Let us see what will the high command do!
