Jana Sena Party founder Pawan Kalyan who is campaigning on behalf of Bharatiya Janata Party [BJP] in Karnataka said, Narendra Modi is capable of leading the country which is in crisis. Addressing a public meeting in Kolar, Pawan said, “Modi has sacrificed his life for the sake of country and he does not encourage dynasty politics. I believe that Narendra Modi and the BJP government can take India to a greater heights. Congress has done nothing for the country and farmers are struggling to survive.”

Pawan also said that he did not join politics for the sake of making money and added that he would have become a farmer if he wasn't into films. Later speaking to the media, Pawan said Jana Sena party is part of BJP's NDA.  He even added that will campaign for the BJP in Telangana and Seemandhra region.

With the public getting to know Pawan's presence in the meeting, huge crowd turned out. Fans were excited to see Pawan and police have made huge security arrangements.
