Congress, CPI adjust seats and ally

Congress party and Communist Party of India [CPI] have almost finalized their alliance, as Congress accepted the wish list of CPI. So as part of alliance, Congress gave nod for one Lok Sabha and nine Assemble seats to CPI.

Ironically, Congress agreed to give Khammam Lok Sabha seat to CPI bluntly ignoring Renuka Choudary who is expected to contest and CPI state secretary Narayana will be contesting for Khammam Lok Sabha this time.

Kothagudem, Station Ghanpur, Maheshwaram, Devarakonda, Bellampalli and few more Assembly constituencies will go to CPI while the Congress is trying to pacify the aspirants for its party. An official confirmation is likely to be made public later this evening and T-PCC chief Ponnala, CPI Narayana will gather the media.
