The Assembly's Business Advisory Committee (BAC) which called for a special meeting for debate on Telangana Bill has ended indefinitely. According to the sources, YSR Congress which is firm on moving a United AP resolution in Assembly raised slogans in the BAC meet. TRS and CPI intervened in this and asked speaker Manohar to suspend YSR Congress MLAs as they are continuously obstructing the Assembly.

However BAC will meet again at 2 PM and only after BAC meet Assembly session are likely to start. Meanwhile MIM party has asked Speaker Manohar whether the debate in Telangana Bill has started or not. In reply, Manohar has said yes to them.
