Responding to the request from Jagan the CBI special court relaxed the conditions of the bail.  Now he can move in the State and also at Delhi.

The YSR Congress party President YS Jagan who was in Jail for 16 months on the charges of quid pro quo in his disproportionate assets was given bail on 23rd September after CBI stated that the investigation is over with a condition that he should not leave Hyderabad without court’s permission.  He sought permission of the court once to visit his father’s Samadhi at Idupulapaya on 1st October.

Jagan filed a petion on 11th October for relaxation in the bail conditions.  He pleaded that as a president of the political party  and as an MP representing Kadapa he has to tour in the State of AP and also to Delhi to attend Parliament, his bail conditions may be reconsidered.  After two adjournments, the CBI special court relaxed the conditions today that allow him to move in the State and also to visit Delhi.
