In a cheque bouncing case, Jeevitha and Rajasekhar are issued a Non-bailable Warrant (NBW).
As the cheque issued by them to their family's close person and a financier Paramdhama Reddy for Rs.36 lakhs was bounced, a case was registered by the financier against Jeevitha and Rajasekhar.
As Jeevitha and Rajasekhar did not appear before court in spite of the summons issued on two occasions, including Monday, the Nampally Criminal Courts issued a NBW directing the Jubilee Hills Police Station to produce them on or before 29th November.
The couple acted in the films and Jeevitha also produced and directed films and they both also entered politics that did not prove fruitful so far.
