Seemandhra Ministers Meet To Say What Others Should Do

Seemandhra Ministers met today at the residence of the State Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy today after which Anam told the gist of the meeting to the media representatives.

He said that the people of Seemandhra started agitating with the decision of the CWC to bifurcate the State.  They are also feeling insecurity as the Government in the State is paralyzed.  He expressed the opinion of the Ministers that the Antony Committee should visit the State to witness the actual position and demands of the two regions.

Anam questioned why only Congress should be blamed when all parties are taking u turn.  He said that all the Congress party workers are participating in the agitation after the decision of CWC.  He also said that they will work with the "Save Andhra" and "Save Congress" slogans.

Anam said that the Union Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi and PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana were requested to relay the decisions taken in the meeting to Delhi so that the Antony Committee members will visit the State to have a firsthand information about the state of affairs of the agitations.

Anam also requested the employees unions to come back to the duties as the responsibility of giving impression of the paralyzed Government to the people of the State lies not only with the Government but also with the employees.  He said that anything can be solved over a meeting across the desk.

He expressed his opinion that the leaders from both the regions should come forward to meet and solve the problem that became a knot in the relations among the people of the State and getting tightened every moment.

Finally, the Minister told what others should do to solve the (their) problems in the State but did not give a hint of what he is or collectively what the Ministers are going to do!
