CBI filed two more chargesheets in the Disproportiona Assests Case of YS Jaganmohan Reddy.  One is against Indu Projects and another on Lepakshi Knowledge Hub.  This time the chargesheets mention the names of former and present Ministers Dharmana Prasada Rao, Sabita Indra Reddy and Gita Reddy and also IAS officers involved in the case.

YS Rajasekhara Reddy Government allotted 8848 acres of land at Ananthapur to Indu Group in the name of Knowledge Hub and Indu Tech Zone was allotted a land of 250 acres at Shamshabad in Hyderabad.  For this favor Indu group invested an amount of Rs.70 crores in the companies of Jagan.

10 persons’ names are mentioned in the chargesheet on Indu.  Jagan, Vijaysai Reddy, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Indu Project, Indu Tech Zone, SPR Projects, Ratna Prabha, B.P.Acharya, Sabita Indra Reddy, Pardha Saradhi.

In the chargesheet on Lepakshi 14 persons’ names are mentioned.  They are Jagan, Vijaysai Reddy, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Indu Group, Chairman of Lepakshi Shiva Balaji, B.P.Acharya, Shyam Babu, Gita Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Muralidhara Reddy, Samuel, Prabhakara Reddy and Jagati Publications.
