NBW on Union Minister

Union Minister Balaram Naik and MP Rajaiah were issued non-bail able warrants by the District Court of Warangal.

They allegedly conducted election campaign during by-polls in the religious place at Station Ghanapur and a case then was registered on them.  As the Union Minister and MP did not attend the court to face the charges on them, non bailable warrants were issued on them.

They wore the political Party Khanduvas with party symbols, when they attended a Church during the by-elections at Station Ghanapur where they made a political speech following which the Church fathers performed prayers on the dais and solicited vote for the Congress Party.  As the political leaders breached the code of conduct, they were issued notices on 12th March 2012 for which they replied on 13th March that they went to the Church only to have blessings and no political campaigning was done.

But as the video tapes tell a different story all together, they were charged with the misconduct by the Election Officer.  As they did not bother to attend the court on the charges, they were issued NBWs now.
