What's in store for Raghuveera Reddy?

A sudden call from AICC President Sonia Gandhi to Raghuveera Reddy and spending of 20 minutes long time taking his assessment of the political scenario in the State gave way to many speculations among the party leaders and also others of political interest.

It was for the first time that Raghuveera Reddy met Sonia Gandhi alone.  The recent criticism on Kiran Kumar Reddy from the leaders within the party might have made the center to look for an alternative.  Or it could be for the replacement of the PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana!

If it is for the replacement in CM’s post it has to be after the 2014 elections.  If it is for the post PCC President, it can be now to work in the direction of winning the elections.  As a leader having support of BCs, SCs and Sts, he might have earned confidence of the high command to give him some higher responsibilities than existing revenue ministry.

With the arrests and changes in the ministries, there is going to be a major change to witness in the Congress Party that is going to change the Government way of functioning.  Although of late Kiran Kumar Reddy is found to be aggressive and able to comment in befitting way on the opposition party leaders, Congress Party seems to be looking for a stronger person to face the opposition parties and to run the Government in positive direction to ensure a Karnataka like win in Andhra Pradesh too.

After coming back from Sonia, Raghuveera Reddy gave the details and one of it is that Sonia Gandhi is very much unhappy with the corrupt ministers facing accusations.  Although he too faced criticism in cloud seeding activity, it has nothing to do with Jagan and CBI charge sheets.
