Stone laying for Visakha Mega Corridor

The Union Minister for Tourism Chiranjeevi laid stone for the project of Visakha-Bhimli Mega Corridor at Bhimli with a fund base of 45 crores from Central Government. Chiranjeevi spoke on the occasion that Visakhapatnam will turn out to be a good tourist place in international standards.

Under this project, the three beaches of Vizag, R.K.Beach, Rishikonda beach and Bhimli beaches will be developed. Apart from that, the hill places of Kailasgiri, Totlakonda and Bavikonda will be face lifted. A time limit of 18 months was also fixed to complete the project.

State Endowments Minister C.Ramachandraiah, PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana, State Tourism Minister Vatti Vasant Kumar, State Minisers Ganta Srinivasarao and T.Subbi Ramireddy attended the function. Ramachandraiah was all praised for Chiranjeevi and Botsa that they will certainly develop the State and also protect Congress Party in the State.

It is to be remembered that only because of Chiranjeevi and his followers’ support, Congress Party in the State fared well in the No Trust Motion of Telugu Desam Party.
