The railway budget is finally out and Andhra Pradesh was not completely corned this time as we have got some important trains between some stations besides an institute in Secunderabad, better facilities as Vishakapatnam and some new rail tracks. However, opposition parties seems to have expressed their dissatisfaction over the railway budget. Observers too said that what came to the state in this budget presumably didn't meet the expectations.

Andhra Wishesh enquired some of the ex railway officials and all of them expressed their happiness over the budget. They said that this looked like country's budget, who cited the way some states were given due importance when the railway ministers hailed from those state. Also, they hailed the way security measures have been emphasized in the budget.

All in railway budget this year has been evoking mixed responses from the public and observers.
