Chidambaram, Shinde and a 420 case

Telangana issue is not only putting Congress party in a fix but even the central ministers. If you don't believe then we have a 420 case against the union home minister to prove our point. Yes, Rangareddy Court based in Hyderabad has taken the cognizance of a petition filed by an advocate and directed Rangareddy police to file IPC Sec 420 against former union home minister Chidambaram and current union minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for cheating the people of Telangana region.

An advocate from Hyderabad today approached the court and filed a petition alleging Chidambaram and Shinde for having cheated Telangana people. It has to be mentioned here that Chidambaram, the then home minister, announced officially-on the behalf of the Government of India-on December 9, 2009 that Telangana state would be carved out and an appropriate resolution would be made. This never took place. The current home minister Mr Shinde last month said that a decision on Telangana would be pronounced within a month, which never took place ever after a month. Therefore, the court directed police to file criminal cases against the duo.
