KCR is no God man, promised the moon, many a times

TRS leader K Chandrashekar Rao is just like any of us and he is not a super man. Even he has failed many a times when he promised the moon. This were the feelings of none other than the Congress vociferous women from the state, Renuka Chowdhary.

The spokesperson of the party, reacting to the TRS leader's comments that the Congress leaders must resign and join forces to fight for the separate state, slammed the TRS supremo.

Ms Renuka said that he was no super man and an ordinary one, who too makes a lot of mistakes. She added that Telangana issue was a complicated one and needed time to get an amicable solution.

With Rahul Gandhi assuming the No 2 post in the party, even he had to be given an equal opportunity to have a say, on the impending issue. Under these circumstances, the leader putting up a dare face is surely in the good senses.

However she owes an explanation on certain issues, feel critics. Had the issue been so complicated, (which is) why did the home minister Susheel Kumar Shinde assure a decision on January 28. Had he not known the sensitivity of the issue or was it a ploy to keep the protestors at bay.

And the other issue that Ms Renuka needs to clarify is, why are the Congress leaders from T area, like her, want to resign on the same issue. All these needs a definitive explanation from the `voice of AP.'

Thirdly about the TRS supremo's powers, the 2014 general elections are sure to prove where he stands pitted against the Congress and then the age-old party would have no place to hide. Leaders of greater stature must not mince words as per situation, claim critics. (Wishesh AarKay)
