The brother of Delhi rape victim reportedly spoke to a top news daily in Andhra Pradesh over telephone. He said that he wanted to pull out the intestines of the accused since they did the same to his sister. The daily even reported things that took place on December 16 as told by her brother. The family of the victim were expecting Nirbhaya and her friend back home at 8 pm. After 8, they tried telephoning them and their mobiles were switched off. Then at 11 pm they got a call from the police stating that victim met with an accident. The first thing victim told her father at ICU on seeing her dad was "Dad, I didn't do anything wrong."

Meanwhile, the e charge sheet filed by the Delhi police on Thursday mentioned that the main accused (bus driver) and his brother (juvenile) raped the victim twice. It also said that the duo were the ones who brutally assaulted her while the latter pulled out the intestines of the victim with bare hands. The family of the victim demanded that juvenile should be punished first as he was the one who tortured her the most.

December 16, 2012-No Indian can forget this date. The day these accused allegedly raped our sister and dear daughter of India at 9 pm in a moving bus and then threw her out of bus. She succumbed to injuries at a hospital in Singapore on December 29.  Majority of people to whom Andhra Wishesh spoke to have demanded that all the six culprits should be hanged to neck till death at the same bus stop where they picked the victim on 16th night.
