Akbaruddin Owaisi hate speech: Police stick notices to walls

MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi is unavailable for the police to take him into the custody. The reports indicated that Mr Akbaruddin left for London. Regarding the same, the Director General of Police (DGP), Dinesh Reddy has said that Andhra Pradesh police would take the support of Interpol (international police) if require to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi in connection with the inflammatory speech he gave a few days back on Nirmal of Nizamabad district.

While a case has been booked against Akbaruddin at Parliamentary Street police station under IPC Section 153 A (for promoting enmity between two groups on the grounds of religion). Alternatively cases were filed against him in Hyderabad and even in Nizamabad district.

In fact, Nizamabad police-who came to arrest Akbaruddin this morning-have noticed that Akbaruddin's residence in posh Banjara Hills area was locked. Therefore, the police had stuck notices (of the cases against him) to the walls of his residence. On the other hand, BJP the other day met chief minister Kiran Kumar and appealed to him to de-recognize MIM party. Chief minister, last night, told the media that the law of the land would take due course on him.

Akbaruddin Owaisi's statements created uproar across the country after a case was filed against him in the national capital region and the subsequent live debate on Times Now by noted journalist Arnab Goswami. Mr Arnab, in the debate, found fault with Akbaruddin for allegedly calling terrorist Kasab as 'wo bachcha.' He questioned what Andhra Pradesh chief minister, home minister and DGP were doing.

Anyway, now Akbaruddin Owaisi is not available. And search operations are going on extensively to take him into the police custody and produce him before the court.
