How did they cruise into Hyderabad with explosives?

A day before December 31, Hyderabad police seized a large number of explosives that included 2825 detonators and 1300 gelatin sticks from Banjara Hills of Hyderabad. Two persons-Ramesh and Madhusudhan Reddy-were busted by the police in connection with the cache of explosives. Also, they recovered and a private vehicle, which reportedly shifted these explosives.

The police said that these explosives were allegedly letter to quarry sites openly, which violated the violence. It may be noted that as per the terms of the license, explosives should not be sold in the open market. The arrested person Madhusudhan Reddy has a company named Mahalaxmi Enterprises which was into supply of explosives to quarry sites. Although the firm got legal license from Nagpur, Reddy took illegal path and sold them in open market.

The police registered the case and investigating whether these explosives ended up in the hands of anti-social elements that apparently try to disturb law and order situation in the city.  Meanwhile, the police informed that the license of Reddy's firm would be cancelled and the accused will be prosecuted accordingly.

How did these explosives reach the heart of Hyderabad has become the main question now? These persons should enter Hyderabad through some check post itself. Then how would it be possible to cruise in to the city so peacefully with so much of cache? Did they bribe the check post officials or there's some big hand behind these people?
