Congress MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao has tendered his resignation to his MP post. Kavuri has sent his resignation letters to UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Lok Sabha speaker Meira Kumar.  He was disappointed since he didn't get the cabinet berth. He's going to address a press conference in a short while from now.
