No question of withdrawing fight: Babu

The TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu has said that the question of withdrawing the fight against liquor mafia in the state. Bothsa Satyanarayana would face the same situation what Gali Janardhan Reddy faced, he added.

He has also said that he was unable to understand as to how people Vizianagaram people were bearing Bothsa Satyanarayana.  The Congress government was safeguarding the goons, he said. Terming the Bothsa’s reaction as heights of injustice, he made it clear that fight against public problems would not be stopped at any cost.

The TDP leaders alleged the police highhandedness in Vizianagaram. The district TDP president was dragged from the scene by holding the collar when he tried to garland NTR’s statue, they added.  Condemning the same, Babu sat in front of the SP office. He has, however, said that his fight was against the government and not against the police.

Babu has reiterated that his fight doesn’t end with the end of the day or by this episode. He said he would continue to come time and again to address the public problems and stage protests.

Meanwhile, curfew environment prevailed in Vizianagaram. Bus passengers reportedly faced inconvenience since buses were diverted from ten kilometers radius from Vizianagaram. (Phani)
