Congratulations to Pocharam Srinivas Reddy

With a total votes of not less than 83,245 polled to Pocharam Srinivasreddy, became a winning candidate in Banswada, Nizamabad Dt. - legislative assembly elections . The nearest  rival Congress candidate surprisingly polled at least 33,456 votes which is a surprise to many people who were contemplating that Congress may even loose deposits.TDP not contested in this by-election. The votes polled totally are about 1,22,872. Pocharam Srinivasreddy is sittting MLA who joined TRS recently and sought reelection. People mandate and respeoctively the victory to Pocharam is well aniticipated and not a surprise in political circles. With Banswada seat in its count, TRS has one more MLA representation in AP Assembly.

In last 2009 elections Pocharam Srinivasreddy got 69,857 votes and won the election as TDP candidate where as in 2004 elections he lost as TDP candidate and got about 49,471 votes. The final results are yet to be declared shortly, officially.
