Badvel congress MLA, Ms P.M. Kamalamma, who ditched the YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan reddy and decided to support the official congress candidates in the by elections to the Pulivendula assembly and Kadapa Lok Sabha constituencies, is camping at a congress leader’s house in a village in the district under heavy police security.

CM Kirankumar has ordered heavy security for her in order to prevent poaching by the men of Jagan who is reportedly hell bent to wean away her from the congress and bring her back to his fold again.

Sources said that Kamalamma was put up at the house of former congress MLA Dr V. Sivaramakrishna Rao in a village near Badvelu. She will soon join the congress campaign on behalf of Dr D.L. Ravindra Reddy who is contesting against Jagan in the Kadapa Lok Sabha by election.
