The Die Another Day star who had suffered injuries in her shooting for the film Gothika in 2003 after mishandling from the Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr, Halle Berry, seems to be still miffed with him for not apologizing the right way for his mistake.

Rumor has it that she still tries to avoid him whenever they are around town. According to a source, Halle Berry opines that Robert was not sorry enough for his mistake. "He didn't even send flowers. Whenever she sees him in town she won't talk to him," the source said.

The way Halle spoke of he injury suggested that it was carelessness on the part of Robert causing her to miss many weeks of work. "It wasn't like I was trying to fall 50 feet and just fell wrong or did something crazy. I was shooting a scene with Robert and he grabbed my arm the wrong way and broke it."

Robert, the usual gentleman that he was, said that it was entirely his fault to have caused the injury when he spoke of the injury.

He admitted recently too saying, "It was an accident, I'm sorry if she's still upset. I did everything I had to do to keep my side of the street clean. I wish her the best"

Halle Berry has been involved in such mishaps on the shooting sets quite frequently. Apparently, it suggests that she is the one who was careless.

Recenly only last month, July 2012, when the 45-year old start was working for a movie Hive, where she plays a 911 emergency operator trying to save the life of a girl, she fell to the floor injuring her head. She was rushed to the hospital after she showed symptoms of concussion but was declared to be allright.

The shooting would continue as scheduled for the movie.
Its quite safe to assume that Berry is accident-prone with all her accidents. The mother of a 4-year-old Nahla, had fractured her foot only last year when she was in the shooting for "Cloud Atlas" where she had to give Academy Awards in February a miss.

Berry was also unofficialy voted the "hottest human being in a cast" after pictures of her limping in the crutches were leaked by paparazzi.
In 2002 too she had an eye injury while shooting “Die Another Day”.

Unfortunate for her role as the "Catwoman" she had failed to dodge a lighting equipment that hit her head in 2004 hile filming "Catwoman".

Halle Berry should probably realize that she was unfortunate and forgive Robert, who had apologized like a gentleman.
