Bihar CM says to forgives black traders

Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has sparked another controversy freshly when he was heard saying that traders indulging in small scale black marketing will be pardoned by the Bihar government as they are only doing this to help their families.

"There are people who indulge in black marketing worth crores, They are still roaming free. If you are indulging in black marketing for Rs 1000 or Rs 4000 for your family, you are doing no wrong. Being the CM of Bihar, I will pardon such small mistakes," Manjhi said.

Manjhi is often found making controversial remarks. In the recent times, Manjhi said his mentor former chief minister of Bihar and Janata Dal [United] leader Nitish Kumar failed to bring down corruption in the state when the latter was in power. Later in another incident Manjhi kind of made provoking statements asking the Dalits to go for inter-caste marriage so that their population would increase and get the political powers too.
