Alibis to gang rape accused

Two of Delhi gang rape accused have alibis to prove innocence.

Two of the accused in December 16th Delhi gang rape case, Vinay Sharma and Pawan Gupta claim that they were not in the bus at the time of the crime but were attending a music function in South Delhi along with other friends at the district park near R.K.Khanna Tennis Stadium.

The fact was brought to the notice of the Additional Sessions Judge Yogesh Khanna by the advocate A.P.Singh representing Vinay Sharma.

The advocate says that the Videos and photos clicked on the mobile of Vinay Sharma show that his clients were attending a function at the time of the crime.  

Out of the five accused in the case of gruesome incident on a running bus in which a 23 year old physio-therapy student was gang raped, one Ramsingh the prime accused hanged himself in the jail and another minor is in the jurisdiction of juvenile court and now two have alibis that may prove their innocence.
