Quality Managers, directors, clinicians, nursing heads, laboratory managers, pathologists, radiography experts and hospital managers are welcome to be a part of the Green Lean Awareness Certification Programme which is to be organized by Quality Council of India (QCI) in collaboration with a consulting agency based in UK on 29th July at New Delhi from 9 am to 4 pm.

The QCI extends the invitation to eligible people all across the country for lean management which is a way to maximize the benefits to the customers while minimizing the wastage.
The certification programme would include an interactive class for one day which would concentrate on Lean healthcare principles, benefits of lean healthcare, improving the patient quality,  value at lower costs. There would be an online test to award the certificate to the worthy participants.

The primary goal of this awareness certification is to provide seamless service to the patients while ensuring that there is zero waste in the creation proces. This program would create a strategy to organizations to achieve business excellence and work for providing defect fre services.
