Professor Haragopal, who played a key role in mediation between Maoists and Government, has come down heavily on CRPF jawan for allegedly killing civilians in Chattisgarh. It may be noted that an encounter took place in Chattisgarh in which 20 persons were killed. Haragopal said the killed people were adivasis and neither CRPF jawans nor Maoists had right to kill them.  Haragopal has termed this incident as unfortunate.
