Story

The story of Brothers revolve between two conjoined twins. Suriya appears as Akhil and Vimal (in dual role). Although they appear alike and are conjoined, there will be a vast difference between the characters of the both. While Vimal is a calm and cool guy, Akhil is exactly opposite. Kajal Agarwal, who plays Anjali will be the love interest of Vimal, whose heart would be transplanted to Akhil. Vimal eventually dies. And the story takes an interesting turn....to know the twists of the film, you must watch Brothers.

Analysis :

Brothers-review

The story of Brothers is undoubtedly good and so is the direction of Rangam fame K V Anand. Earlier, it was Kamal Haasan who happened to play such roles in the south and now Suriya has almost entered the shoes of Kamal. The cinematography by S Soundar Rajan was outstanding especially in the songs. Although Harris Jayaraj's music was not up to the mark in Brothers, the beautiful picturization made audiences stick to their seats when songs were on.

Performance :

Brothers-review

The performance of Suriya worth all praises. He showed superb contrast between Akhil and Vimal. Kajal Agarwal was okay. Other actors such as Vivek, Tara and Sachin Khedekar did justice to their roles.

Final Word: Experiment, which lived up to the expectations. Must watch film!
